FQ3C stands for Frequency, Quality, Consistency, Continuity, and Clarity — the five base variables of conviction out of the 12 variables in the full APAL framework. Together they define how high-performing communicators manufacture conviction in themselves and others across any relationship or sales context.

The math — your actual income with and without certification
Your commission rate is determined by your active account tier — 5% at entry (1–2 CPs), 8% at mid (3–4 CPs), 10% at top (5+ CPs). FQ3C certification adds a permanent +5% on top of whatever tier you are at. The table below shows what that means in monthly income across different scenarios.

All figures use the fixed $5,000/month Prymo marketing budget per CP account — this is the base on which commission is calculated. The calculator above adjusts based on your active CP count. Commission is paid 30 days after the month it is earned.
The single most important thing to understand
The +5% is permanent and applies to every account simultaneously — accounts you have now and accounts you close in the future.
There is no re-certification. No annual renewal. No minimum account threshold. The day you pass your FQ3C certification, your rate changes across your entire portfolio. A rep who certifies at 3 active accounts does not just earn more on those 3 accounts — they earn more on every account they will ever close from that point forward. The longer you wait, the more income you leave behind.

Complete enrollment through the FQ3C platform. The certification is self-paced — work through it on your own schedule around your calling and closing activity.

Pass Certification
Complete the curriculum and pass the FQ3C certification assessment. Once passed, you are a certified practitioner. No expiration. No re-certification.
